By using JathakamGenie.com or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service
JathakamGenie.com provides Vedic astrology calculations, charts, matching, panchang information, horoscopes and digital reports. Outputs are interpretive and are subject to the Astrology Disclaimer.
Eligibility and accurate details
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for entering accurate birth and contact details and for having permission to submit another person’s information.
Guest purchases
You may purchase without creating an account. You must provide a working email address for delivery and keep any private download link confidential. An optional account may be used to keep eligible purchases and saved charts together.
Payments and digital delivery
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay. A purchase is complete only after secure payment confirmation. Report preparation or email delivery may take additional time after payment confirmation. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not resell, republish or commercially distribute reports without written permission.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or rights-infringing activity.
Intellectual property
The site design, written interpretations and report presentation are protected content. Your personal report is licensed to you for private, non-commercial use.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free interpretations. To the extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability relating to a paid report will not exceed the amount paid for that report. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access for misuse, security risk or legal necessity. We may update these terms prospectively; the effective date identifies the current version.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by email. Any mandatory consumer rights and applicable court jurisdiction remain unaffected.
