• Birth details you provide, including name, date, time and place of birth, and matching-partner details where applicable.
• For Palm Readings, the photograph you choose to upload and the visible features identified from that photograph. We do not use these photos for identity verification.
• Checkout details such as your email address, purchased report, amount, payment status and provider references. We do not store full card, UPI or banking credentials.
• Optional account details, saved kundlis, saved matches and panchang preferences.
• Basic service and security information needed to operate, diagnose and protect the website.

We use this information to calculate astrology results, analyze a submitted palm for the report you requested, process and verify payments, prepare and deliver purchased reports, provide secure re-downloads, support refund reviews, maintain optional accounts, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell uploaded photographs or use them for advertising.

Necessary birth details and submitted Palm Reading photographs may be processed by AstrologyAPI for astrology calculations and photo analysis. Razorpay processes payments, Lovable Cloud provides hosting, accounts and private storage, and our email provider supports delivery. Meta Pixel helps us measure website visits and advertising performance using browser and device information. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

An account is not required. Guest orders use your delivery email and private access tokens. Guest report files, associated birth details, source photographs and provider-generated analysis are retained in private storage for up to six months for delivery, re-download and support, then scheduled for deletion unless law, a dispute or fraud prevention requires longer retention. Payment and tax records may be retained for legally required periods.

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us from the email used for your order. Some transaction records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is legally required.

We use access controls, private storage and server-side payment verification. No online system is risk-free. This service is not directed to children under 18; a parent or guardian should make any purchase involving a minor.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
